The Bill (Reg.№5300) directed by M. Papiev, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine, envisages the charging of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the provision of Law claims "On Establishment of the Living Wage and Minimum Wage" concerning the re-calculation of the pension due to the age, disability, in case of breadwinner loss and special services before Ukrainian country, state social aid, tax social privileges and other social aid allotted according to the Laws of Ukraine. The author also recommends establishment of the salary in enterprises, institutions and establishments according to its minimum rate UAH 744; in budget organizations establish salary rate of the I grade worker not less then UAH 744.
The Committee upheld the draft resolution adoption of which, according to the People´s Deputies facilitates the provision of social aid for each citizen.
